Now fill all box detail and click on i don't have mobile number now select a secret question and its answer and click on register.

Your Fake email is ready now open Facebook and sign up your Facebook account on this email that you created.After sign up you will receive a confirmation code in mail inbox confirm your account Like you confirm on Gmail,Yahoo,Outlook.

One interesting thing about this email that i will not Hack like other fake emails.
